Job Description
- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs
- Forecast upcoming demand
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Monitor all inventory of products and prepare all purchase plans to meet all sales demands and maintain an efficient audit computer system and ensure accuracy in all financial information and assist in distribution of all mails and manage all requests.
- Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification
- Handle change order requests
Job Requirements
- BS.c of Civil / Arch. Engineering.
- Multi tasking preferable .
- Very good English Language.
- Heliopolis residents is preferable.
