Job Description
- Place orders with suppliers
- Follow up orders status in terms of availability, shipping and documentation.
- Review all shipping methods and negotiate shipping charges, insurance, inland freight…etc with suppliers and/or forwarders.
- Coordinate with regulatory to make sure products have all required documentation prior to effecting shipment.
- Discuss shipping plans with his/her Manager and implement agreed priorities.
- Oversee the storage of products, shortage, overstock- Stock replenishment, stock control, FIFO-FEFO.
Job Requirements
- BSC in Pharmacy, Science, Vet, Logistics.
- 3 years at least of experience
- Considered knowledge with CAPA regulations is a must.
- Considerable regulatory knowledge about CAPA and MOH concerning importation needs, import approvals, inspections, final clearance of goods, and al other issues related to Egyptian MOH or any other related tasks.
- Ability for teamwork and cooperation
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel )
- Knowledge of Procurement needs
- Task-Oriented Self Motivated.
- Available Car is a plus.
