Job Description

  • Answer phone calls ( clients inquiries and follow up with clients )
  • Follow up through admin panel making sure all operation stages are working ( sign ups, orders requests, Emergency orders, dispatch drivers for orders)
  • Make daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • 12 working hours (9.am to 9.pm)

Job Requirements

  • Have customer service personality and experience.
