Job Description

  • Provide help desk support for all users (hardware, software, and peripherals).
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Installing, configuring & supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Troubleshooting end user system and Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Working with domain controller
  • Configuring and troubleshooting (access points, fingerprint and cameras
  • Manage the infrastructure including firewalls, routers, network and other.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Knowledge about installing and configuring computer operating system, software, printers and scanners.
  • Professional Knowledge about investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues.
  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Age less than 28.
  • Language Skills: Good English (oral/written).
  • Graduated from Computer science or engineering
