Job Description
- To be knowledgeable with all the latest textiles manufacturing techniques and processing methods that are currently being used in different textile mills and use these strategies in own workplace.
- Control hard waste generation
- Control excess beam length
- Control remnant generation and plan to accordingly for its consumption.
- Monitor preparatory production & ensure inventory control.
- Ensure sample planning and co-ordination with Product development.
- Minimize the overhead expenditures and also try to make a batch that is more profitable.
- Motivate supervisors and workers for achieving maximum production with minimum faults.
Job Requirements
- Must have a textile & weavers experience.
- Must have a good communication.
