Job Description

  • To be responsible for organizing all communication and correspondence documentation to facilitate daily works and other administrative functions.
  • Handle quotation to customers.
  • Follow up purchase orders to suppliers on time .
  • Ensure that invoices are processed on time .
  • Follow up with supplier for statement of accounts as required .
