Job Description
Primary Duties
- Implement the functional and nonfunctional requirements for the automation, integration and digital transformation business requirements.
- Assists with troubleshooting and offer support to internal representatives.
Business As usual
- Deliver on time all the assigned development and integration tasks as per the business plans.
- Deliver a high-quality code snippet with minimal defects based on the agreed naming conventions and code quality standards.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- University Graduate (Engineering/Technical Faculty).
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a software development related role.
- AVAYA Digital Service, Genesys Digital Services certifications or similar technologies experience is plus
- Strong Background with programming and coding platforms
- C# or C++
- HTML5/CSS
- JavaScript
- JQuery
- Entity framework
- MS SQL
- MySQL
- Previous contact center experience is a mandatory
Language Skills:
- Very good in both Arabic and English language is mandatory.
