Job Description
Porsche Egypt is hiring a “Spare parts Manager” to ensure the implementation of the following:
- Insure the addition of parts to job orders.
- Implement of Parts estimates.
- Parts orders achievement and follow up.
- Supervise the minimum stock quantities and backup orders.
- Implement of orders reports.
- Responsible for inventory management policies as per Porsche concept.
- Monitor inventory levels, inventory movement and update all necessary data using computerized inventory systems according to Porsche systems.
- Plan and stock parts and t-equipment.
- Review the daily records of shipments and invoices to see what products need to be replenished.
- Monitor purchases orders, lead time control and follow-up, also ensuring closings on time.
- Ensure that warehouse operations are smooth.
- Communicate and coordination with foreign and local supplier.
- Processing of received claims, and coordination with foreign and local supplier on it.
- Monitor and approval of the goods returned from the market as scrap.
- Confer with other department’s management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of inventory management operations.
- Order stock/customer orders, receiving and following up with customers for delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Experience 5 years plus in automotive spare parts
- Leadership and management experience
- Strong knowledge of business administration
- Fluent English
- Excellent computer skills (Excel is mandatory)
