Job Description
- Prepares cost estimate in the early design stage.
- Understand the project requirements and interprets design or engineering drawings and prepares tender documents, B.O.Q, material lists and specifications.
- Make sure that the quotations comply with the Employer required and provided Specifications
- Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Sub Contractors and suppliers
- Preparing, reporting and reviewing tender estimates
- Establish budget sheets for awarded projects showing (material – Man power – Fittings – Accessories- Civil works – electrical works – subcontractors)
- Supervise tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architect).
- Construction & Real estate Background is Must.
- Minimum Exp. 10 Years up to 15 Years
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
