Job Description
- Quantity surveying of projects.
- Making as-built drawings, shop drawings.
- Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects.
- Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control.
- Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
- Layout and plan interior design arrangements using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
- Determine and direct procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
- Issue requests for information (RFI) document to inquire about conflicting or missing information.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
- Prepare Shop drawings and Technical submittals.
- Follow up subcontractor's progress.
- Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for project team.
- Maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders, quotations … etc.) and coordinate with different teams to get these documents issued.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Willing to work in the head office or any site.
- Good user of engineering computer software (Design Background - Development- Presentation - 3D sketching -Ms Office)
