Job Description
Porsche Egypt is hiring a “Showroom Manager” to ensure the implementation of the following:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy.
- Cascade Porsche standards and ensure that they are applied within the sales team.
- Ensure that the sales department operates smoothly.
- Responsible for showroom proper operation and compliance of the showroom to Porsche corporate identity.
- Maintain and update on product knowledge for self and team under supervision.
- Achieve own and employee under supervision targets.
- Manage the showroom team.
- Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that everyone is being looked after.
- Represent the sales department in Porsche Center.
- Responsible for reporting system internally and externally as per demand.
Job Requirements
- Suitable college degree
- Experience 5 years or plus in automotive sales
- Excellent track of sales success
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of business administration
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and the automotive trade
