Developing an existing system for paper work cycle and supervising its application.
Making connections among different but related departments, like: Purchase, Production, Sales and Financial Transactions dept.
Using ( ERP ) applications and automating the procedures performed while actively participating in the process of setting Key Performance Indicators ( KPI ) for ( ISO )
Using international Warehouses Management Applications, like: (Stock control - FiFo - Shelf location systems - Daily transaction report - Bar code system - etc.) in addition to making sure that it is easy for the senior management to check the balances directly.
Training warehouses employees and supervising application of Procedures Manual and User Guide to enhance performance
Effective planning for inventory control and trying to achieve the goal of reducing it through increasing the rate of its rotation; in addition to active participation in the procedures taken to enhance the supply chain
Full supervision of warehouses main operations (receipt - Storage - Inventory - conversion - returns - delivery
Planning and amending warehouse management procedures (user - reality - the program and procedures) according to the systems applied internationally.
Minimizing costs and the application of safety regulations imposed on the staff, the site and the goods

Good command of English language
