Job Description

  • Maintains and updates recruitment Database.
  • Receives all requests related to specific field from the Hiring Manager after getting the required approvals.
  • Handles Employment Fairs, Recruitment Advertisements & Campaigns.
  • Sources potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media & company Database).
  • Screens resumes, selects and shortlists candidates according to each post’s job Profile.
  • Performs HR Interview evaluates applicant’s personal skill and qualifications.
  • Follows up the whole recruitment process in order to complete the hiring process.
  • Coordinates with the medical committee to ensure the proper recruitment process.
  • Develops various required recruitment reports in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-3 years hands-on experience in FMGC field.
  • Experience in mass hiring is a must.
  • Experience in hiring Blue Collars.

Competencies:

  • Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills.
  • Effective time management & Multitasking Skills.
  • Details oriented

Language Skills:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skills:

  • Professional user of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Familiarity with ERP System is plus.
