- Technical office Engineer for MEP contractor.
- Shop drawings preparation.
- Preparation of BOQ.
- Preparation of Materials Take off.
- Contacting suppliers and get offers for estimating.
- Preparation of materials submitting.
- Communications with consultants and clients for technical approvals.
- Cost estimation for the mechanical scope
Job Requirements
- Experience between 1-5 years in Mechanical MEP companies.
- Design skills in HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting, AutoCAD skills, Shop Drawings preparation, preparation of BOQ, Materials Take off, negotiation skills.
- Past experience in similar position with MEP contractor.
