Job Description

Job Description:

  • Record and manage sales orders on ERP.
  • Manage clients’ accounts on Grains desk.
  • Ensure a steady and smooth execution of local and part cargo sales.
  • Liaise with the operations department and accounting department on sales execution.
  • Analyze, prepare and produce sales performance reports and client performance reports.
  • Prepare daily port line-up reports and produce a market analysis of cargo arrivals at Egyptian ports as well as shipped cargoes from origins.
  • Handle all futures pricing and maintain a record of pricings to both Mediterraneo’s and customers’ positions.
  • Prepare meetings schedules for the trading team.
  • Handle client relationship management.

The intern will learn:

  • Trade Cycle for Commodities.
  • ERP Entries for contracts.
  • Follow upcycle with clients.
  • Markets Studies.
  • Basic Selling Skills.

Duration:

  • 6 months to 1 year

Job Requirements

  • B.A/B.Sc. in Business/Economics/Finance
  • GPA no less than 3.2/4 (All Maths/Statistics Courses no less than B-)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
