Job Description
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Cooperates with the heads of departments, and supervisors of maintenance of district facilities, and buildings.
- Develops administrative and technical systems to follow-up on maintenance work plans with all residential and administrative facilities in order to ascertain the required performance and develop the appropriate solutions.
- Prepares periodic reports on maintenance and makes observations thereon including the notes on maintenance operations compared to the budget plan.
- Supervises works of plumbing, paint carpentry, water tanks, corridors, public facilities, and administration buildings.
- Supervising technical staff
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering
- Proven working experience as Maintenance Engineer
- Experience in Real Estate Maintenance is a must.
- Years of Experience: From 3 to 5 years
- Leadership skills
- Crisis management skills
- Very Good English Language.
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- Ability to work under stress, and solving problems.
