Job Description
- Issues work order travelers, materials or other changes requiring shop floor changes.
- Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual MES worker production sheets to establish efficiencies and take necessary actions to ensure product is available and improve quality and time efficiencies.
- Reviews types and quantities of items produced, materials used, and amount of scrap, material substitutions, formats. Compiles from customer orders and other specifications detailed production sheets or work tickets in order to forecast production lead times
- Distributes work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities, compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions after Production Manager or Quality Supervisor approval for procurement of materials and services
- Directs warehouse staff to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production areas.
- Examines material received, verifies parts numbers, and checks discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts.
- Compares work ticket specifications to material used at work stations to verify appropriate assignment.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- Very Good in English.
