Job Description

  • Manage end to end resourcing activities for Vodafone DE hiring.
  • Manage the relationship with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Centers of Expertise and our outsourced partners.
  • Ensure that the quality of hires is meeting the business requirement.
  • Conduct face to face & Online interviews for invited candidates, offering and orienting accepted candidates.
  • Collaborate with post hiring team to make sure all accepted candidates are hired as well as conducting reference check on ex-employees and following up on existing pipeline.
  • Communicating Hiring plan per month and placing targets per vendor to achieve during the month
  • Vendor Management; direct SPOC:
    1. Responsible for monitoring and managing their performance, raising flags for any violations along with handling any cases or follow ups.
    2. Sending results to vendor (s) along with performance overview on weekly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Accountable for ensuring the delivery of permanent resourcing requirements for Vodafone DE
  • Build strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders, the HRBP teams and the outsource providers to facilitate the delivery of resourcing requirements.
  • Creates reports on applicants’ flow, selection and Sources
  • Monitor both the quality and potential of all hires and ensure that the attraction, selection and assessment stages of the recruitment process support
  • Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Prior recruitment experience in the customer service roles is a plus
  • Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen
  • Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike
  • Have the ability to analyze and evaluate the market trends, needs through screening the media and ads for other companies and provide sourcing solutions
