Job Description
- Assist all new product development and improvement of all existing products and ensure optimal inventory level at all times.
- Facilitate and provide data to prepare all sales forecast and implement all new products and processes for all manufacturing plants.
- Evaluate and prepare forecast all policy changes and recommend appropriate business requirements.
- Participate in all evaluation meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Reviews purchase orders for production material, floor stock items, and all purchases to support the Value Stream or Production Area.
- Creates and releases Production Orders in support of above, with the keen awareness of needed completion dates, component and capacity availability, and any other resource issues needed to support on-time delivery to internal and external customers.
- Regular review of plans against approved budget and forecasts
- Manage all inventories on a quarterly basis and assist all team members to manage all production schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably Production Dept).
- Have 2:5 years experience FMCG
- Decision making and ability to plan procurement strategies
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English
