Job Description

  • Plan and carry out sales activities like customer seminars, exhibitions and advertising/publicity campaign in the region.
  • Take a lead in preparation of major inquiries, and utilize local resources and the bid/proposal pricing and discounts and technical team in locally or HQ’s when needed..
  • Maximize profit within own area of responsibility through cost control and efficient customer negotiations.
  • In cooperation with other Regional Sales manager to develop, and follow a total market plan for the Egyptian market, including market strategy, marketing, budget preparation and monitoring of result on a monthly basis.
  • Identify market demands in order to influence the product development and product strategy.
  • Meet the budget both in topline as well.
  • Specify products and solutions within those Key Accounts. Maximize opportunities with those we have an existing contract/preferred supplier status.
  • Comply with all Ethics and EH&S requirements.
  • Support the execution of sales objectives to achieve KPIs, including sales reporting, analytics, pipeline management, and bid preparation in order to drive growth in identified markets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with strategic end users
  • Provide industry and technology expertise to build support from stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to drive technology initiatives and discussions for the vertical markets pursued.
  • Maintain sales status and data and provide monthly reporting on activities and strategies to direct manager and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 5-10 years in Oil & Gas field is the must.
  • knowledge in fire & gas detection system.
  • Graduate from a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet business and financial objectives
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately and handle multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent written, verbal skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Capability to perform in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience working cooperatively and respectfully on multicultural/cross-functional teams
  • Experience working on multiple projects while following up on issues and progress reports in order to drive projects to completion
