Job Description
- Prepare the monthly & weekly production plan for the factory and generate Material requirement planning (MRP) of the factory.
- Optimize materials resource plans (MRP) to ensure stock levels are managed in an
- Area that delivers continuous supply, maintain budget level between safety stock &maximum stock.
- Control WIP & Manage and Ensure stock levels are maintained with in budgeted.
- Manage the pipeline operation of materials by leading and following up either the process of order requisition or purchase order confirmation by the supplier, planned material production, material delivery, clearance, and receipt at warehouses
- Ensure that the monthly forecast is promptly received and put into the demand Management system, ensuring accurate production planning and PR creation.
- Generate the Safety Stock policy & Reorder point to ensure stock levels are managed in an area that delivers continuous supply and maintain budget level also to keep the DIS in the budgeted level.
- Analyze and follow-up on stock movement and stock levels (minimum and maximum levels, buffer stocks on A class products).
- Follow Up the material procurement activities to ensure materials are available on time as per the plan.
- Manage slow moving and near expiry stock to minimize write-offs.
- Manage the flow of information from sales and marketing in order to identify by product the underlying sales trends and incorporate the effects of promotional activity and advertising activity on that sales volume.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree .
- Proven experience not less than 3 years at the same position
- Experience in FMCG is a must .
- You have strong structuring and analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude.
- Have proven leadership capabilities to lead, coach and train business analysts.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Problem solving skills are crucial.
