Job Description
- Managing customers reservations, modifications and cancellations.
- Providing customers with necessary documents (invoices, vouchers, and itineraries).
- Tasks are handled via emails and outbound calls to customers and Hotels
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt incidents recovery.
- Regular update on the internal databases.
- Ensure that the productivity, quality levels are achieved as per company's standards.
- Demonstrate ways to improve customer service, increase productivity.
- Proactively identify issues, if any, and escalate.
- Meet targets with productivity and accuracy as per the agreed KPI's metrics and process.
Working Conditions:
Working hours:
- (US Shift) (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) night shift
- Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday
- All public vacations are accordingly to US federal vacations.
