Job Description
- Serve as primary contact with authorized partners.
- Generate and close deals with captains providers and schools/KG’s etc ...
- Identify, develop and manage new strategic partnerships: Target top executives of potential content developers/service providers, identify commercial opportunities & service synergies, build and present solutions, building solid relationships and negotiating contracts to a successful close.
- Provide Internal Smart Partnership Solutions: Identify analytics-based improvement areas to our current partner relationship, and build solution proposals accordingly for our Management team.
- Drive Profit Growth: Managing the end to end sales cycle, pitch client-led solutions and build realistic and actionable commercial proposals in order to grow our profit margins results.
- Become a Market Expert: In your correspondent area of expertise, work closely with the Business Operations Managers to identify the cutting edge partnerships that could take the value of our services to the next level.
- Develop the core sales positioning and messaging for the product in different parts of the territory.
- Analyze market data, trends, competition and opportunities, and make recommendations to Marketing and New Product Development teams.
- Managing relationships with distributors and key partners, including leading participation in key customer visits, industry events and conferences.
- Create, implement and monitor/forecast and annual sales plan, while making necessary adjustments in order to achieve goal/ budget.
- Drive internal meetings with marketing, business development, and product development to achieve support to the Modern Trade customers.
- Collaborate with the business partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of the products.
- Develop and maintain product portfolios meeting demands from markets in the region..
- Build powerful internal relationships, networks, and act as an ambassador for the hive brand in the brand.
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years experience in sales,
- Strong background about ride sharing.
- Understanding of working and managing traditional trade business in the consumer market.
- Experience of working in a multi-branded business culture
- Experience of working across different markets and cultures
- Experience of high level terms & pricing negotiation
- Proven track record in selling to varied customers or organizations
- Proven history of driving successful promotional campaigns and programs with customers
- Proven history of consistently exceeding goals, award recognition, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP and similar applications.
