Job Description
Will be responsible for:
- Handle customers support requests and help them solving issues related with WordPress, WP themes, plugins and hosting issues through various support channels like Support ticket system, Facebook, Forums, etc.
- Write technical documentation and FAQ whenever required.
- Record screen-cast tutorial videos.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites.
Job Requirements
- Perfect WordPress experience and solid knowledge of it's themes and plugins.
- Good HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript knowledge.
- Good knowledge in WP page builders like Elementor, Visual Composer, etc.
- Ability to write clean valid code whenever needed.
- PHP and MySQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to debug errors on applications and solve problems.
- Good Command of English. (IS A MUST)
- Good communication skills.
P.S. You will be asked to do test tasks before the interview.
