Job Description
We are looking for a Software Implementer / Functional Consultant to help implement, test, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding systems.
Job Description
- Develop and monitor software implementation plan.
- Implement and Support ERP software and other developed custom software solutions.
- Lead the client’s project throughout the testing, implementation, and the live support phases.
- Identify possible solutions and workarounds for business issues appear during the implementation and live support phases.
- Meet the current and expected customers to find out their software requirements.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance on the developed system, and test for bugs.
- System configuration and data migration will be part of the job responsibilities as well.
- Identify new business requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex processes issues as required by the customer.
- Prepare test cases for testing the new releases of developed systems, including System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, or any client specific software testing.
- Plan, monitor and execute testing sprint work to ensure the sprint stories meet the acceptance criteria.
- Train the customers’ key users and end users in client side or Online.
- Prepare and update a proper documentation, Training materials, and UAT documents.
- Perform daily activities with respect to software solutions and provide complete activity reports on plans, schedules, demo, go live, support phases, periodical project status report.
- Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing software solutions.
- Monitor, trace and manage assigned and unassigned tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution within agreed SLA where defined.
- Assist customers to maximize strategic business value from company products to provide them with vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts.
- Improve software operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Will be on call to handle any issues with the Software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge in MS office specially MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Work with different DBMS script (Oracle, MS SQL server)
- Excellent knowledge in SDLC.
- Able to work outside Egypt up to 100% of his contract as per work needs.
- Able to drive business discussion in front of customer
- Deep sense of quality, and sharp software solution skills.
- Incident and Problem Management experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in a computer-related field such as information systems, Computer Science.
Experience requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in testing, implementing, supporting and providing integrated solutions.
