Job Description
- Manage all the marketing activities to promote for hospital services, Increase revenues by setting marketing plans and budgets.
- Develops the Marketing department’s annual business plan and budget in line with the Hospital’s strategic direction.
- Plans marketing and promotional activities to enhance the hospital image and increase Profit in coordination with the other Hospital functions.
- Setting the Marketing’s goals and objectives, methods and procedures to attain such goals.
- Develops and recommends integrated plans to optimize market share and profitability of existing or new business lines.
- Assumes full leadership for cost reduction and co-operates with other entities on the matter.
- Follows-up on past due and delinquent collections from customers.
- Direct the Marketing’s Campaign to achieve optimum exposure of the Hospital Services.
- Directs all marketing functions to ensure achievement of the Marketing’s objectives and strategies.
- Determines and evaluates all factors that could affect the market planning, such as economic climate, employment situation, competitive atmosphere.
- Evaluates operational results and revises strategies to take corrective actions when needed.
- Regularly Meets Line managers in order to remain abreast of conditions affecting the Marketing’s operational capacities.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Of Medicine or Pharmacy is Must
- Post- graduate Studies in Marketing
- 5 years in the same field.
- Healthcare Experience will be nice
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
