Job Description
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Organizing events and conferences reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with potential customers and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Managing the online profiles of the company
- Building a strong network with clients and possible partners
Job Requirements
- BS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
- Perfect knowledge of Arabic and English
