Job Description
As part of the Sales Team you will be responsible for promoting Medkor App to different users; doctors, patients and clinic administrators.
You will be working indoors and outdoors, visiting doctors’ clinics, traveling occasionally to different locations and participating in medical or non-medical conferences and workshops to promote Medkor.
You will also act as account manager helping setup new user profiles, reporting and tracking the resolution of complaints with technical support and/or resolving problems directly where possible.
- Plan appointments with doctors at their clinics; reach target sales visits/closures (5/6 days per week).
- Train clinic admins to empower them to convince patients to use Medkor & facilitate new installations.
- Talk to doctors’ patients during waiting time in clinics to download and test the app.
- Dig out information about doctors (online & elsewhere) and use customer relationship management software to enter client details and manage accounts.
- Convey product knowledge to different users & relevant benefits in a convincing manner.
- Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions to be taken.
- Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services.
- Collaborate with others (top management, etc.) to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
