Job Description
- Senior Quality control engineer ensure that the products developed in the engineering and manufacturing field meet a certain level of quality to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure the implementation of the work as per approved specs, ITPs, and method statements and issue NCR in case of any non-conformity cases.
- Leading product quality improvement projects including process capability studies, high complaint expenditure, controlling quality deviations, process optimization, and process control.
- Auditing and correcting any issues with production,processing and packaging instructions to ensure our product quality and integrity.
- Develop necessary mechanisms to identify non conformance in product standards, segregates non conforming products,analyses reasons for non conformance of equipment, Pack/Raw materials, process etc… and coordinates with production team to take immediate action.
- Inspect and approves finished products and ensures adherence to standards before delivery to warehouse.
- evaluate and examine products through a series of steps to determine its quality.
- Ensure the implementation of the work as per approved specs, ITPs, and method statements and issue NCR in case of any non-conformity cases.
- Carry out daily inspections on-site to ensure that the quality requirements are met.
Job Requirements
- Degree Level: Bachelor Degree.
- Degree Field: Engineering, science, Engineering metallurgy or a related field.
- Essential Skills: Ability to analyze data, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and leadership abilities, experience with quality principles and standards, perception of quality system development, knowledge of quality improvement techniques and tools, standards and regulations.
- Knowledge and experience with ISO/TQM/QS standards
- Years of Experience: Candidate must have 3-6 years of Experience-supervisory/lead experience ,preferably in the manufacture industry.
- Must have experience in: TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or another continuous improvement program.
- Strong communication skills.
- English Speaker.
- Excellent at Microsoft Office.
