Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Establish systems to ensure compliance and effective implementation of Henkel's quality policies and standards
- Ensure all specification/KPI plans are maintained and updated/approved as required
- Support the manufacturing process to remove risks that may lead to consumer dissatisfaction, regulatory adverse comment, and/or damage to Henkel's brands by applying and monitoring the necessary control points
- Analyze quality performance using statistical & analytical tools and methods
- Creating the technical SOPs for the processes based on R&D's recommendations
- Ensure all products are compliant with Henkel's quality Standards by developing and monitoring the CTQs and CTPs using SPC tools
- Support all internal and external inspections/auditing visits as well as handle audit preparation activities
Job Requirements
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
- Fluent English speaker
- Advanced knowledge of quality systems, procedures, and policies
- Knowledge of statistical process control tools
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- SAP knowledge is preferred
