YOUR ROLE

• Manage service quality of suppliers and define & proactively drive service improvement initiatives whenever required
• Ensure that services delivered by the suppliers fully comply with Henkel’s corporate standards and initiate corrective measures whenever deviations are identified
• Manage escalations (high level business escalations & supplier related escalations) on higher management levels
• Consult all Henkel business units (incl. functions) and IT project leads on optimal delivery models for their global managed applications in an outsourced environment and finally decide on the appropriate service model
• Ensure end-to-end contract management (contract owner) of all supplier contracts related to the tower including contract negotiation, contract renewal, contractual change management, financial management, performance management, and contractual escalation management involving various other Henkel departments like Legal, Purchasing, Corporate Compliance based on individual requirements case by case
