Job Description

  • Handling customers inquires through Hotline channels in English & Arabic, these inquiries are mainly technical and service inquires also contact the customers to survey their satisfaction
  • Benefits:

    • Net Salary: 4500 - 5500 EGP Based on English Level & Experience .
    • Working Hours: 9 working hours includes 1 Hour Break
    • Shift : 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Rotational
    • 2 days off Rotational
    • Transportation
    • Full Paid Training Period
    • Medical & Social Insurance fully Covered

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Males & Females.
  • Excellent Command of English Language.
  • Preferred to have experience in customer service (English Account)
  • Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to troubleshoot key issues
  • Familiar with how to use popular search engines and navigate different social media platforms
  • Android devices awareness
  • Smart phones overall feedback
