Definition:
- Supports the Customer Experience goals by continually striving to satisfy/exceed each Customer’s needs and expectations. Includes building effective relationships and focusing on achieving the required results whilst balancing the Customers needs with FedEx requirements.
Indicators:
- Actively listens/reads to correctly understand concerns or requirements
- Takes ownership and structures/leads the discussion or transaction
- Remains positive, professional and focused on the customer’s situation.
- Balances the needs of the Customer with FedEx requirements. Gains support by explaining the benefits of required actions/solutions.
