Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience
- Females only are welcome to apply
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to be proactive and take initiatives
- Excellent Communication skills fluent English, and one of the following languages (French and German)
