Job Description

  • Scan and filter candidates C.Vs to choose the most qualified applicants for the job requirements.
  • Interview and evaluate candidates Based on Competency framework to choose candidates who fit enough job requirements and company culture.
  • Assisting in reporting the performance appraisal analysis to the HR manager on a quarterly bases to assess workforce overall performance.
  • Update Organization chart with the supervision of direct senior upon requested to match with business needs.
  • Update company job description in coordination with line managers upon needed and according to business needs.
  • Support in updating HR Policies with the supervision of direct senior and HR managers to ensure a successful work environment.
  • Assist in handling C&B Functions.
  • Assist in Administrative Tasks.
  • Support the Human Resources Department in Other HR Functions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 -3 Year Experience in a similar field.
  • HR Diploma is highly preferred.
