Job Description
- Scan and filter candidates C.Vs to choose the most qualified applicants for the job requirements.
- Interview and evaluate candidates Based on Competency framework to choose candidates who fit enough job requirements and company culture.
- Assisting in reporting the performance appraisal analysis to the HR manager on a quarterly bases to assess workforce overall performance.
- Update Organization chart with the supervision of direct senior upon requested to match with business needs.
- Update company job description in coordination with line managers upon needed and according to business needs.
- Support in updating HR Policies with the supervision of direct senior and HR managers to ensure a successful work environment.
- Assist in handling C&B Functions.
- Assist in Administrative Tasks.
- Support the Human Resources Department in Other HR Functions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 -3 Year Experience in a similar field.
- HR Diploma is highly preferred.
