Job Description

  • Following up all emails received from, sent to suppliers, clients and ensuring to provide, get optimum feedback.
  • Negotiate and establish payment terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • flowing up and reviewing all documentation.
  • Recording all purchasing transaction and ensuring updating the relevant files daily.
  • Checking and following up with suppliers about the production schedule. • Providing the actual due payments to the financial team to prepare the financial reports.
  • Ensuring all payments made in time and following up receipts.
  • Contacting the shipping lines for best price for freight and best service.
  • Tracking all orders, shipments since order until delivery at warehouses and preparing the related reports.
  • Following up with the customs clearance agent.
  • Preparing all documents and files needed for clearance and delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing orders, reports, and price lists.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Evaluates the performance of suppliers, oversees the customs clearing process and coordinates the processing of assigned purchase orders.
  • Issue POs and follow up the execution process.
  • Works closely with sales team & warehouse to ensure the demand execution of the local traders and procurement according to the demand.
  • Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs, insurance requirements and packing specifications.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the process with adjustments according to the situation.
  • Handle with Clearance team and provide them with all the needed documents that will help to clear the shipments ASAP.
  • Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price-lists
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements
