Job Description

Al Solaimaneyah City asks for F&B Manager

  • Manages service aspects in all food and beverage assigned areas and events, and acknowledge.
  • Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
  • Organizing staff roles.
  • Communicates with service and kitchen staff regarding special events.
  • Approves the menus proposed by the Executive Chef for all special events.
  • Conducts pre-shift, pre-meal and/or pre-event meetings with all necessary staff.
  • Completes and administers employee performance appraisals.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived.
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest

Job Requirements

  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
  • Administer all food and beverage facilities and ensure optimal cleanliness and safety procedures in efficient working.
  • Prepare weekly work schedule as per requirements in assistance with restaurant employees.
