Job Description
- Acquires new customers from private sectors by reaching out to leads
- Present, promote and sell products/services/solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Minimum 4 demonstrations a week
- Follow sales planner & submit sales debrief form on a weekly basis
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience in digital printing field as a sales representative
- Strong selling, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong Closing Techniques
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prospecting skills
- Territory management aptitude
- Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale
- Post-Sale relationship management
- Strong knowledge of standard software packages such as word processing, Excel, Power point in addition to the ability to learn company
- Specific software if required such as ERP/CRM
- Exp.: 3-5 years in the digital printing field
