Job Description
- Develops the financial and accounting policies & procedures of his supervised functions, ensuring compliance to the set policies and procedures.
- Develops and sets the annual budget plan of his department, ensuring alignment with the its vision and strategies and submits it to the GM / CEO for approval.
- Developing & Managing Financial systems / Models.
- Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments.
- Launches and controls the budgeting process through reviewing and approving the consolidated annual budgets obtained from the different departments based on projected operating costs and targeted sources and sees its expenditure.
- Assesses the company’s financial performance against set budgets and strategic objectives and provides the top management with actionable recommendations.
- Analyzes new investment opportunities and assesses the related financial risks. Designs and implements investment plans for new projects or expansions ensuring their proper implementation in coordination with the Strategy & Business Development team.
- Manages the day to day finance activities of the company and ensures adherence to the set accounting and reporting standards.
- Coordinates and reviews with the external/internal auditors results and implements recommended actions.
Job Requirements
- Experience 12-15
- Experience in construction companies is preferable .
- Experience as a Finance Manager not less than 3 years.
