Job Summary

The Nagwa territory channel manager is our ambassador who is to ensure customer success, partner engagement, and business growth in the assigned territory. Using pull-and-push marketing strategy is one of the biggest fundamentals for success in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating, face-to-face or via Skype, with executive- and staff-level contacts from the partners they are assigned in order to review strategy and tactics to generate more mutually beneficial pipelines and sales for Nagwa
  • Communicating with the lead generator(s) to discuss possible leads in the assigned territory and the best way to leverage the channel for more engagement
  • Formulating and updating go-to-market plans for all partners with great focus on the product market matrix and market price index
  • Formulating and updating partners’ profiles on a biweekly basis
  • Managing all key accounts in the assigned territory directly for the sake of sales and pipeline management and refereeing sales fulfillment to one of the partners
  • Communicating with the management concerning the competition matrix and market dynamics in the assigned territory
  • Communicating with the management concerning the progress in growing channel relationships and creating pipelines
  • Updating CRM with new pipeline deals created out of channel relationships
  • Traveling on a regular basis and for at least 1–2 weeks at a time to the assigned territory for close management of key accounts and partners

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual (English or French)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing partners
  • Verifiable record of on-target sales performance
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with C-level executives in large-, small-, and medium-sized companies
  • Track record in disciplined use of CRM
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory as needed
  • Experience with digital educational portal, technology, and software is preferred
