Job Description
Contributes to training-related projects and programs across the entire Learning Solution lifecycle. Collaborates with partners and stakeholders to deliver timely, engaging, learning solutions that are impactful for the business. Identifies and delivers on defined project and program requirements by using established program management frameworks Contributes to the continuous innovation and quality improvement of learning solutions with focus on the learner. Audiences may include DXC employees and partners.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the overall learning solution design and development process, ensuring that our training development team utilize appropriate learning technology and sound instructional design practices
- Develop and maintain client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through collaboration, coaching, and facilitation
- Contribute to the health of a designated solution portfolio(s) ensuring quality goals are achieved, business impact is documented, and results are communicated
- Facilitate meaningful discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to better understand learning requirements and ensure desired outcomes have been met.
- Manage medium to complex projects and/or programs including the definition and tracking of key program/project milestones
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders throughout the training development lifecycle
- Facilitate pilots, train the trainer sessions and programs within area of expertise
- Provide training solutions in both Arabic and English language
Job Requirements
- Advanced project management and strong program management skills.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and participant-centered learning concepts
- Subject matter expertise in appropriate domain(s)
