Job Description
- Responsible for HR functions; “Recruitment, Performance management, Personnel, OD, training & development”.
- Train and coach managers to manage performance on an ongoing basis and to have honest and straight performance conversations.
- Develop an in-year plan to fulfill resourcing and talent needs in one or more specific areas (including external and internal resourcing).
- Manage resourcing and talent processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose to deliver required outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Education : Bachelor Degree is must
- Experience : 5 years in a relevant field.
