Job Description
- To assist the commissioning team in the commissioning and start up activities duties will be as assigned by the commissioning manager or any responsible officer assigned with such responsibilities .
- Post commissioning responsibilities of the GC 16 plant operations
The duties will be as assigned by the supervisor which , among others , will include the following :
- Gas compression operation or oil water pump and storage operation .
- Implementation of the safe work permitting system , and electrical & mechanical lockout & tagging procedures .
- PLC operation .
- H2S operation .
- Recording of daily readings .
- Frequent round and checks of the assigned area , to detect abnormalities e.g. malfunction / upset / leaks .
- Responsible for make - up ( e.g hot oil , chemicals , lube oil )
- Energy isolation , draining , inerting , lockout and tag-out of process equipment for maintenance .
- Distributor control system and control room operation .
Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license .
- Fluent in English .
- Good writing skills .
- Recognized technical school diploma in chemical , mechanical or equivalent discipline .
- Minimum 4 years experience in oil and gas industry facility operation.
- Experience with daily process plant report preparation .
