Job Description
- Prepare central reports for consolidated projects progress reports.
- Prepare and update time schedules and layouts.
- Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports.
- Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s).
- Participate in enhancing BIM unit process & output.
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
- 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification.
- 4D scheduling / 5D Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks.
- Participate in central planning related meetings.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil or Construction Management. Relevant post graduate studies is preferred.
- Work Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling of construction projects
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and analytical skills, Initiative and team spirited
- Good knowledge in using planning and scheduling principals, techniques and tools
- Adequate knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and BIM technology.
