Responsibilities:
- Track and report performance data to determine where changes need to be made and which strategies and methods are working.
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons
- Preparing teaching materials
- Helping our employees improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions
- Set high academic standards for every employee in the company
Job Requirements
- State certification and licensing to be a qualified English teacher
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including sitting and standing for periods of time
- Previous experience teaching English
- You must be a good communicator as you will treat with different types of personalities
- Good listening skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Patience.
