Job Description
- Lead department sales process & insure targets are achieved.
- Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes.
- Manage the proper process regarding the ordering, distribution and receipting of parts.
- Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes physical inventory and proper counter procedures.
- Oversee monthly cycle counting process and make appropriate adjustments while practicing “zero tolerance” inventory control.
- Create and monitor annual parts department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
- Analyze and prepare Parts business forecasts, reports, reviews and audits.
- Develop and implement branch merchandising plan for the parts department. Work closely with the sales and service department to ensure that all products and services are represented.
- Grow parts revenue and Decrease parts lead times through improved inventory management and cross function communication.
- Lead and manage all business and/or department activities related to ensuring the customer experience is positive and that all team members are committed to creating solutions and long term relationships with customers, Suppliers & Key accounts.
- Ensure that appropriate communications take place throughout the location/s by facilitating/participating in monthly open-book meetings, conducting regular team meetings, encouraging an open-door policy, and proactively seeking feedback from team members.

- B sc. Mechanical Engineering or Higher
- Min. 5 years Experience in Automotive
- Max age 35 - 40
