Job Description
Duties:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software’s including Operating systems & applications.
- Troubleshooting issues related to network connections, Windows client
- Monitor and Maintain Free PBX Telephony Systems.
- Create Inbound and Outbound Routes in PBX When Necessary.
- Maintain and Administer Camera Surveillance System.
- Maintain, Configure and Administer Network Attached Storage Devices.
- Maintain , Configure and Administrate Multiple Video Conferencing Systems.
- Establish Video Conferencing with Multiple Branches as per Request.
- Coordinate with other team members at main office for any issues/tasks.
Job Requirements
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
- Willing to learn other technologies.
- Bachelor of Science in computer science or any computer relevant degree
- Experience: Minimum: 5 years
- MCSA, CCNA.
- Working knowledge of the server’s hardware and server administration required on windows platform.
- Practical experience of Passive Networking needed.
- Knowledge about Network devices and concepts required.
- Should Create and Configure Endpoint Extensions.
