Job Overview:
As the eCommerce Manager, you'll be concerned with improving and growing The Hair Addict business step-changing THA brand fundamental across different eBusiness platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic to different eBusiness platforms utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Track conversion rates and work closely with business team members to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with web development and technical teams to deliver improvements to different eBusiness platforms.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage redesigning the company website to improve the usability, design, content and conversion to the company website.
- Responsible for budgetary planning and control of all digital marketing activities.
- Review new digital marketing technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
- Ability to manage external resources
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
