Job Description
- Investigate and discover architectural considerations, such as web usability, site performance and database design, as part of the system design process; research and assess implementation alternatives for new application features
- Identify and fix CSS, HTML and scripting compatibility issues between a variety of platforms and browsers; test websites on different browsers and mobile device browsers; correct problems identified by customer feedback.
- Build, test and set up cutting-edge website applications in an efficient matter; work with other developers to fill data acquisition requirements
- Design and develop features and modules for e-Commerce applications
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle (back-end and front-end)
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Optimization of the application (ensure database optimization and performance)
- Ensure data security (encryption) and application maintenance
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of native PHP.
- Knowledge of PHP web frameworks. (Such as Laravel, Yii, codeigniter, etc…)
- Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming.
- Knowledge of XML , JSON .
- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- Understanding of MVC design patterns.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as jquery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience in Magento, shopyfiy and WooCommerce is a plus
- Ability to make plugins with PHP CMS is a plus
